Hmmn, might as well just sign a 3 year contract with you now, pay you 5K USD in advance, for 2 gifts every year, valentine and her birthday, so i would always get it in time, and at the same time give you a challenge to design a collection of 6 items in 3 series .. hehehee
Sad >> ;-p << to say she chose neither the bear nor the box, she told me, having me planning the gift 2 months in advance is more than enough to make her happy, though i do secretly think that she is really happy to receive the ring which is done so nicely, and of course that really cute bear which could not be found anywhere in Vietnam.

That’s how they say many many thanks in Vietnam, don’t really care how much it costs me now, though i know it is still cheaper than buying it from a shop, but the smile and the warmth of love in her eyes after receiving the ring, would melt even the coldest heart of steel.

it is sort of like our “destiny” to find your website through googling and little did we know that we’ll end up in getting my wedding band from you!
i know you’ve tried very hard in finding solutions for the word carvings, although it did not turn out like what we’ve expected, we seriously appreciate your effort for trying to fulfill our wishes. i know it is hard to bear with Niel at times because she’s really fussy when it comes to things that does not go her way.
thanks for giving us the extras. the amount i paid you is for 0.75 carats but you gave me 1.14 carats instead to make up for the carvings. we really like the shimmering effect of the pave diamond ring!

First & foremost, we want to thank Ling who makes all things possible. We were having trouble looking for the suitable wedding band especially when comes to design, with strong preference towards something special and memorable to its value, and yet remarkable in its quality materials.
Sad to say none of the major goldsmith able to meet out requirements, whilst most of the design are mass produce which is of possible similarity with other couples (pardon me for the jargon).
We were pretty much relief after bumping into this website but like most of the new customers here, we’re quite skeptical about the existance of iDo Jewellery in the initial stage but our confidence starts to grow after seeing one of my old school boy who appeared to be the customer.
Hence we proceeded to approach iDo and caught up with Ms Ling to arrange an appointment between. Guess what? Our meeting venue is held at Old Town and we was like, a Kopitiam?
We could’t have ask for more after meeting with Ling who proposed several designs for our further perusal based on our liking. We still remember very clearly the reaction of Ms Ling in the 1st meeting, where she faced minor dilemma to our idea proposal as the scratch design were drawn on the Order List of Old Town!?
Being a professional she never hesitate to reject and proceed to take up our demand, with promises of several design for us to choose and decide.
The 1st mail arrive our inbox after a week and we were both stunned with the sketch already. Few days later, she flooded our inbox with remaining designs as promised.
We decided to go ahead with WR109 and she advised the availability within 30days, the same promise as stipulated in the order process. Frankly speaking, its a bit torturing for us to wait for the newly designed “When 2 Becomes 1″ themed ring.
Our dreams finally come true when our choosen rings are presented to us and we could barely talk for a minute, its simply splendid! (although I’m a bit jealous with the male design).
Ling, you are really the ‘man’ for us. We really can’t find other avenue to extend our deepest & sincerest appreciation for making up to our demand as well as being fussy. We would definitely be recommending your service to everyone who are interested in gems, be it wedding band for couple or solitaire diamond ring for special occasion, and even those who wanted to get jade for their folks.
Have never come across someone who sincerely prioritize on the happiness of others instead of profit-making, a true individual who would really go into details with you to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed. I for one (personally) would be returning to iDo in the future due to its proven quality workmanship & service rendered.
Ling, I know the man above will always be with you for He the one that shower greater success upon you.

I LOVE MY RING! Thank you so much~ Your workmanship is so fine. I always have trouble looking for the right design for us after scouting high and low from so many jewellery outlets. It is either nice but the price is a rip off or it is within our budget but we can never accept the quality. We were about to give up and settle down with something that we do not really like. Luckily a friend of mine introduced you to us, she said you do custom make jewellery and did a very good job. So we were thinking don’t mind to give it a try.
Actually we were quite worried with the outcome, it is so nice when we see our rings. I am loving it. Thanks once again~We appreciate it truckloads.

You are great in ensuring 100% satisfaction. I should know because you are willing in re-making my wedding ring coz the factory messed up (only a bit) on my original design. I would have been 90% satisfied, you know. But you don’t accept anything less than 100%. Bravo! and Keep it up dearie!
